Phoneflow
PhoneFlow is a program that allows the design of a telephone call management system by producing flowcharts using an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI). When the flowchart is completed the user simply presses the 'Go' button and PhoneFlow will then manage all calls through the installed telephony card as instructed by the flowchart.
PhoneFlow is included with the Explorer package and is also used on the remote hosted ExplorerMG system to provide clients with the required call management process.
