I-CELs voi-conferencing offers the latest in audio and web conferencing, with the latest features to ensure that meetings can be conducted professionally without the need for every delegate to be in the same place. The benefits of audio and web conferencing has been well documented, with better quality of information, reduced costs in travelling booking traditional conference facilities, and speeding up the decision making process. Voi-conferencing not only provides all of these benefits but allows better interaction between delegates whilst offering a supervisor complete control without the need for an operator. The supervisor is placed in control of voting; inviting delegates and will receive statistics and voting results.

An inbuilt recording facility is also available; the entire conference can be recorded and delivered to one or many users. This can be done in the form of voice emails or other media, such as DVD or CD. It is also possible to have the conference recording set up as dial in. This means that any member with the correct password can dial into the recording of the conference.

Voi-conferencing allows as many delegates to participate for as long as is required. There are no limitations to the number of participants that can join any one conference. Voi-Conferencing is an ideal way to communicate easily with multiple partners without the hassle and expense of travelling and booking conference rooms. This system can be modified to alert participants before a conference to make sure that no one misses it. Participants can also be invited into the conference once it is active. 

Conference delegates can dial in through a free phone Non Geographic Number this can be paid by the conference owner. Alternatively delegates can dial into an 0870 and calls will be charged individually to each delegate.

Another great feature of the voi conference system is that a conference owner can dial out through the conference and invite additional delegates to participate.

It is possible to play each delegate a pre recorded message as they join the conference, this can set the agenda for the conference to make best use of the time. This can be used for training purposes for multiple delegates in different locations, members can dial in and simply listen to both live and pre recorded information.

The Live Voting feature can be controlled completely by the conference owner, and will deliver the results as soon as the vote is finished. This is done as a voice message whilst still in the conference.
